@educatoral Volcanoes and heated limestone release CO2. Plus the heat may cause the bottom water containing more CO2 to rise (not wind) …
@educatoral … Algae thrive in CO2 and make more at night and dark days (can remove all of the oxygen from area). They make the dead zone.
