Tuesday, Sept 4, is the first day of school! Here you will find links to some of my beginning of the year handouts.
This year I’ll be teaching all three 6th grade Science classes again as well as two of the three 7th grade Science classes. I look forward to working with some of my old students again this year! This year’s Science curriculum for 7th and 8th will be Life Science. We have some great things planned for our students including a great project five of us Math and Science teachers created last year for an HP Technology for Teaching grant. Our proposal won and we will be working on that project this year. Stay tuned for more on that. I am also fortunate to have another year of my Learn & Serve grant to continue having 6th graders work on our Water Quality Project. This year we will start the year with Water Quality!
