@AngelaWillyerd This is my first year with PBIS. I haven’t seen a plan to taper off the rewarding. I’ll be looking for that. 🙂

@AngelaWillyerd That’s my goal. To make it more than giving a dog a treat for sitting correctly. (Which is what rewarding feels like to me.)

@AngelaWillyerd As for incentives leveling up unlocks some fun quests & high level kids in each group become team leaders.

@AngelaWillyerd Quests don’t get approved by me unless they meet certain guidelines. So kids get XP & badges for high quality work.
