Dear parent(s) or guardian(s),
This year is looking to be a great year in science for us. As part of the science curriculum, I want students to be able to read texts, magazines, Internet articles, and encyclopedia articles to gather information and data to do research projects and prepare for lab experiments. Students will be participating in long-term, cooperative group projects and making presentations to show what they are learning. Students will also be creating interactive presentations as well as World Wide Web pages. Students will gain some very valuable skills as they use many different tools to learn about their world scientifically. If you have any expertise in any of the following areas, please contact me about coming in and doing a presentation or helping.
